The primary purpose of this role is that is directs and coordinates timely completion of projects by performing the following duties personally or through liaison with department heads or supervisor.
You will also be responsible for:

  • Producing timely and accurate estimates of cost on exhibit construction, graphics, field services and shipping, taking in to account company production methods, labor and material costs
  • Works in concert with the designer, detailer and production departments to ensure that the design is transformed in to a completed product that meets the customer's expectations and maximizes company profits
  • Liaison with each department to schedule and coordinate a smooth and timely completion of all phases of the project
  • Requisitions materials for construction and researches competitive sub-contractors and/or vendors to insure timely delivery

The chosen candidate will need to have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or four (4) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and must be detailed and have excellent organizational skills.
