Job Description 

Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.  Spanish speaking is a plus

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from patients, referral sources and physicians
  • Ensure referral/customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Process telephone orders by preparing patient intake
  • Document all customer communications in system in a concise and timely manner
  • Gathers and verifies patient insurance information for equipment, ensuring supplies and services are a covered benefit and patient meets the qualification criteria. 
  • Completes patient admission calls to review patient roles, responsibilities and financial requirements.
  • Comply with all regulatory compliance policies and procedures and approved operating practices.
 

 


Job Requirements 

  • Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma
  • 1-2 years medical customer service experience and order intake/insurance verification preferred
  • Computer proficiency required
