Description Occupational Health Account Executive

The Occupational Health Account Executive works under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing. The job exists to generate revenue via new sales and maintenance of the Occupational Health Program products to employers, and TPA's. Job performance is measured by continued growth of the Occupational Health Program.

Duties will include: - Researching and marketing new business in the area for injury care and risk services. - Managing multiple complex projects. - Providing customer service, problem solving, technical and administrative support.

Specifications:
- APPLICANTS WITHOUT SPECIFIC BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
- College Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or other related field required or equivalent experience.
-Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of this position.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Familiarity of clinic processes or medical facility operations.

Skills in:

- Proficient skills in Windows and Excel.
- Professional and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills with the public.

Ability to:
- Research and market new business
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employers/clients
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Communicate in an effective professional manner both verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle customer complaints and obtain conflict resolution - Plan and organize work efficiently and work within deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks simultaneously and be self-directed
- Type proficiently and accurately at 55 wpm
- Must be able to attend meetings at Administrative Office or clinics other than home clinic.
