Bilingual Customer Care Claim Representative--CCIC: This position is located in our Olathe Operations Center and will be responsible for handling inbound calls by responding to questions, concerns and information requests regarding a variety of issues. These calls will be from both internal and external parties, including claimants, insured's, brokers, and claim adjusters.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center. Excellent computer skills (MS Office), written and verbal communication skills, problem solving abilities, strong attention to detail and prioritization skills are required. Previous experience in insurance is preferred.
