Are you an Audiologist with experience in Pediatrics? Would you like to help other Hearing Healthcare professionals in the industry? Are you good at helping to solve technical problems? If this sounds like you, Starkey currently has an opportunity for you to consider. The Customer Service Pediatric Audiologist will build and grow a team whose responsibilities include handling challenging calls from accounts, supporting and training internal team members on the technical issues, regarding hearing instruments and related products and services for the pediatric market. This fast pace position is responsible for supporting internal and external customers by developing and maximizing the tools the Starkey company(s) have available.

Job Requirements

Minimum education, certification and experience requirements
  • Education: Education: Masters degree or AuD in Audiology required. Audiology license and dispensing permit required. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology desired.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment with pediatric focus preferred. Minimum 1- year Clinical Audiology experience with pediatrics required. Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred. Hearing aid Dispensing with pediatrics background preferred.
