Career opportunity to join the D. R. Horton family, the nation's #1 residential home builder as a Builder Customer Service Representative in our King County location. We are seeking an individual whose responsibilities would include receipt and confirmation of homeowners' requests, scheduling inspection appointments, evaluating homeowner repair issues to determine whether they are warrantable items, scheduling and managing required repairs, performing minor repairs as needed, as well as developing and maintaining good rapport with contractors and ensuring the quality of the work performed by contractors.
Minimum requirements are 2 plus years customer service experience, an Associate's Degree, or a combination of both.� Must have ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.� Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license and be willing to travel.� Must possess computer and typing skills.�� Must possess strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.� We offer a competitive salary, production bonus and benefits.� Thank you for your interest in a career at D.R.
