Human Resource Generalist for Commercial, PLT and Operations for the MT. Vernon Plant. Administer company policies for employees and managers. Address employee complaints and assist in problem solving. Participate in employee orientation. Assist management in union avoidance. Assist in all other Human resources responsibilities as needed in assigned plant areas.

Minimum of 5 years of Employee/Labor Relations experience either internal, external or combination of both.
