Description Marketing: Drafts Creative Briefs of Program and 'Communication Plan' for each conference in conjunction with Education and Marketing. Reviews and comments on routed draft brochures, list blasts, etc. Press/Communications Release: Works with Communications Department to coordinate scheduling of an official Joint Commission Press Release and Joint Commission Resources Press Release. Works with Production Coordinator to make sure that current program information is on the web site. Drafts content for List Serve and coordinates the List Serve message with Marketing. Identifies key components of conference that need to be on web site. Develops 'save the date' content including date, general overview, past attendee comments, etc. Continuously monitors JCR website for accuracy.

Requirements This position is part-time, 20-30 hours per week for 1 semester which may be extended if mutually agreed upon.
