Job Title: Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

    Assists policyholders (walk-in,electronic,telephonic,or other methods)with their needs, including but not limited to completing policy changes, handling payments, and answering questions
  • Assist assigned branch agents with tasks to enable them to exceed customer expectations; when necessary, assist non- assigned branch agents and/or call center agents with tasks to enable them to exceed customer expectations.
  • Actively cross sell other AAA products to encourage strong customer loyalty.
  • Deliver superior customers service at all times that is consistent with AAA Carolinas commitment to provide members and customer with values, safety and total peace of mind in all things Automotive, Travel and Insurance. 
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2-5 years of experience preferred

  • NC Insurance Agent License or ability to obtain

  • Ability to solve problems logically

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • High energy level

  • Self motivated

  • Call center experience a plus

  • Team player

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays

  • Proven sales ability

  • Exceptional customer service

  • Bilingual is a plus
