Process Engineer Job
Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Senior Process or Chemical Engineer with experience in the design of Power Generation projects (non-nuclear). This position is located in Boise, ID. You will need 15 years of facility and industrial system design with a minimum of 5 years in power plant design. Great benefits including relocation assistance. Pay negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities - Act as Senior Process engineer for the design of Power Generation projects (fossil, geothermal)
- Develop or direct others in the development of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, material requisitions, data sheets, equipment arrangements, 3D equipment models, pipe routing and other engineering for power generation facilities
Requirements - BSChE
- 15 years of facility and industrial system design with a minimum of 5 years in power plant design
- Advanced in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following: Process Cycles and Optimization, Process Chemistry Balances, Process System Modeling Software (HYSYS), Unit Process Equipment Selection and Specification, Two-phase flow, HAZOP & Environmental Considerations, Costs and Cost/Benefit Analysis
- Geothermal experience is a plus
