A Wellness Senior Manager's job purpose is to provide leadership to all wellness Managers and Team Leads in the areas of quality, metrics, policies, procedures and systems. A Senior Manager's job purpose is also to use critical thinking skills to identify, analyze and project manage best practices so that Wellness consistently meets customer commitments, URAC accreditation standards, and leads innovation to deliver on time and on budget. He/She will collaborate with members from Products, Clinical Effectiveness, Finance, Client Management, Quality and the greater organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage leaders and staff in a call center environment (2 locations)
- Manage Metrics in a call center environment
- Manage Quality and Process Improvement Projects
- Manage New and Current Customers
- Monitor and facilitate workflow, maximizing resources to provide quality, consumer and company focused services
- Identify problem areas and develop contingency plans through data and metrics analysis
- Present Wellness program and processes to customers and senior management
- Represent Wellness program in meetings with other departments

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years leadership and management experience in a call center environment required
- Experience managing team leaders/supervisors and direct reports
- Experience managing metrics and projects in a call center business environment
- Experience making presentations to customers and senior management
- Communicate in person, by phone, or via e-mail in a professional and clear manner
- Experience creating, composing, and delivering clear, well written materials
- Experience in wellness or related field strongly preferred
- Experience with Six Sigma or NCQA quality processes
- Experience with consumer activation theory
- Experience with computer and web-based applications to manage consumer data
- Advanced user of MS Office Products, specifically Excel
