Primary Responsibilities:
Positions in this function are responsible for training within a function such as Claims or Customer Service. Does not train outside of specialty. Operational Trainers are responsible for the effective delivery of training programs across Ovations.  Trainers are expected to apply various training delivery techniques to train business processes, soft skills, products and systems.  This also includes basic computer functions, appropriate call center/service skills, telephone skills, member benefits, and system enhancements.  Trainers may also be involved in the design process.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1 year of teaching or training experience
  • 1 year of facilitation or presentation experience
  • Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • High school education or equivalent experience
Assets:
  • Experience developing training materials
  • Adult Learning experience a plus
  • Experience working in a call center
