You will:
� Have an opportunity to help us achieve a world class month end close. You will coordinate and execute month end close activities to increase our timeliness and accuracy in addition to working with others to improve our processes
� Prepare, analyze, and offer insights to multiple users on our month end reporting
� Work hand-in-hand with team members and outside auditors to complete the annual audit process
� Participate in outlining, developing, and executing a world class insurance program
� Assist in the preparation of various tax information and help us identify potential tax savings
� Provide financial analysis and insights on projects
� Contribute as a team member on key finance and cross functional team initiatives to help drive innovation throughout Johnsonville

Qualifications-
What You Bring To The Job:

� Bachelor�s Degree in Accounting required; 3 � 5 years of experience with 2 or more of those years spent in public accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
� Strong computer skills (Excel, Word); SAP experience preferred
� Demonstrated strong analytical skills
� Solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening, presentation) and the ability to interact with all levels of Johnsonville customers and members
� Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative on all work assignments
� Ability to work with cross-functional teams
� Desire for continued growth and learning; strong leadership potential
Intense level of curiosity about the business, creativity, and drive for results
