Requirements Work Experience/Skills REQUIRED: 
* Minimum 2 years work experience in benefits or a related field such as HR or Accounting which includes managing programs/plans 

Prior experience in vendor relationship management 

Proven financial & quantitative analysis skills 

Customer-focused 

Proficiency with project management 

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment 

Ability to work independently and interact collaboratively as part of a team 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required 

Work Experience/Skills PREFERRED:

Previous experience in managing benefit plan vendors 

Previous experience in RFP development & vendor selection 

Education REQUIRED: 
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Other Skills: 
CEBS designation
