Residency Counselor
A life care senior living community in Columbia, MD seeks an enthusiastic Sales Counselor to join our successful Marketing team. This rewarding sales position calls for strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities include cultivating sales from existing leads base, fielding new inquiries, diligent telephone follow up with prospective residents, and some assistance with marketing, promotional and advertising activities. The ideal candidate must be team oriented, computer literate and possess a strong drive for results. Excellent presentation, communication and closing skills are required. Retirement Housing sales experience preferred. Vantage House offers an excellent benefit package as well as competitive base salary, commissions and bonus program.
