Specialist in rapid prototyping and user interface layout.
Specially trained to develop prototype using Pega tool and Medco user interface guidelines.
Assigned either to a COE or a specific BIAC.
Influencing the required business processes and flows
Influencing the required analytics and KPI metrics
Influencing the direction of the Medco’s Insight and Agility Architecture and deployment
Assisting in the program management and governance across all key initiatives
The Prototyping Specialist will be a member of the Business Innovation and Agility Center group. They are specialists in rapid prototyping and user interface layout. They are specially trained to develop prototypes using Pega tool and Medco user interface guidelines. The role is assigned either to a COE or a specific BIAC.
Provides service to BIAC to quickly create prototypes of a user interfaces (using Pega software) so they can evaluate early in the project lifecycle.
Facilitate the conception and elaboration project phases leveraging Use Cases and Direct Capture of Objectives using Pega.
Work in partnership with Solutions Architect and BPM COE team to manage overall project deliverables and ensure a quality deliverable.

Technical Expertise - The individual must have a working knowledge of what is possible technically in order to provide direction to the staff. Detailed knowledge of principles and experience with the mandated requirements are highly desirable
Project Management – These are complex tasks and the candidate must have the proven ability to manage across functions and product lines to deliver his or her projects on time and on budget
Demonstrated track record of accomplishment on high stakes, cross-functional projects
Motivated by difficult challenges and aggressive timelines
Strong oral and verbal communication skills
Have advance knowledge of the main features of Pega PRPC; their features and stays abreast of latest Pega framework capabilities and newly released features as available
Possesses the appropriate Pega technical/functional expertise and knowledge
Strong programming skills are required, as well as a good understanding of GUI toolkits
Experienced using modern UI Toolkits very helpful
Business Intelligence and Awareness
Web architecture and technologies experience required
Relational database experience required
