Job Description

Inbound Customer Service Representatives

Telerx is looking for Inbound Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls from consumers who have questions about our Clients products. Types of inquiries you will handle are product information, promotions, complaints, nutritional info, etc. Training will be provided on products and Telerx databases.
