Sodexo is seeking an experienced Custodial Services Manager for Torrance Memorial Medical Center in Torrance, CA - a 376 bed community hospital in greater Los Angeles area. Ideal candidate will have previous custodial / environmental services or housekeeping experience - preferred experience in health care or hotel environment; be familiar with JCAHO and other regulatory standards; have a strong focus on customer / patient service and attention to detail; and the ability to motivate and develop staff. Seeking Bilingual candidates - the ability to communicate in Spanish would assist in managing this workforce. This position is a 2nd shift position.



Position Summary:

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.

Basic Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:

1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience

Basic Functional Experience Required:
