A regional long-term care pharmacy has an opening for a pharmacist and a Pharmacist In Charge. The PIC will supervise all pharmacist and pharmacy technicians. Problem solve regarding drug therapy and drug utilizations for new medication orders and admissions for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Comply with State, Federal and HIPPA guidelines for patient care. Assist in maintaining records for controlled substances and tracking/documentation for any other issues. Education and Skills:

Pharm D and/or experience in clinical pharmacy or long-term care pharmacy preferred.

Excellent verbal, technology and management skills a must.

Current State Pharmacist License
