Corporate Risk Manager

Establishes and maintains policies and guidelines concerning the security of the bank’s property and assets.  Conducts internal and external investigations of known or suspected fraudulent or illegal activity which could result in loss to Enterprise Bank & Trust.  Acts as a liaison with local and federal law enforcement authorities.  Reviews, recommends and implements procedures relating to internal and external integrity of security systems and conducts annual security training with bank associates.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with bank associates and related external clients
• Review of daily Kite Reports and other Internal documents
• Internal and external investigations and employee account review
• Vendor management of security systems and alarms
• Conducts annual security training with bank associates

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Four to six years of risk management experience
• Ability to travel
• Ability to be on call
• Thorough knowledge of bank products
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Proficient computer skills
