Description

Provide first level support of Information Services problems to diagnose interruption of system availability. Triage problems to isolate root cause to facilitate system restoration. Escalate to second and third level support in accordance with Service Level Agreements for notification of assistance required to restore full system functionality. Thoroughly document each call in the Call Management system accurately and effectively to ensure seamless communication between departments. Follow departmental policies to provide quality customer service.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience in direct computer technical support, customer service training in a health care environment. Technical knowledge in LAN and WAN topologies - media and access methods. Knowledge of overall networking technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience
