Manages a segment of a significantly larger collection portfolio staffed by multiple Collection Unit Supervisors. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise to develop collection strategies to limit portfolio delinquencies. Manages occasionally complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact. Shares responsibility for budget, policy formulation and planning. Manages all training and development needs for assigned personnel. Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, staffing etc. All new hires are subject to work eligibility verification via the DHS E-Verification System

Qualifications: 5-7 years supervisory experience in Collections Environment
