GENERAL SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Field Recruiting, the Field Representative is responsible for recruiting qualified students for Kendall College's regionally accredited degree programs. The Field Representative is responsible for implementing the local recruitment efforts with high schools, community colleges, military contacts and professional affiliations within a specified territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining solid relationships within the above specified markets. In this role, the Field Representative must have truly exceptional presentation, communication and organizational skills, as well as an obvious and infectious passion for higher education.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create, establish and maintain key relationships with high schools, communicty colleges and organizations
  • Participate in onsite enrollment activities such as open houses and guided tours
  • Generate quality/workable leads for Kendall College Enrollment Advisors
  • Attend local conferences and events, and participate in relevant student-oriented activities in local communities
  • Meet and exceed performance standards including lead generation and enrollment goals
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Work well with other departments and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Provide important feedback to management to ensure future success
  • Provide best practices for the benefit of the enrollment department
  • Assist with mentoring and training as needed
Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have 4 or more years of experience in Enrollment Sales, Outside Sales or Career Fair Recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success selling and/or recruiting is highly desirable.
  • Must have truly exceptional presentation skills, and must be capable of delivering persuasive and sales-oriented presentations to both small and large groups of students.
  • Must be extremely well-organized and attentive to detail.
  • The successful candidate will work well under pressure and will be eager to succeed in a competitive, results-oriented environment.
