Job Purpose:
The Field Recruiter is responsible for driving candidate development/management, rapid selection & hiring. Ability to deliver/achieve a high-volume of candidates within a specified time frame. The Field Recruiter will be reporting to the TA Team Leaders and have extensive interaction on a daily/weekly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
· Source prospective candidates using proprietary database system, job boards and other alternative methods of identifying candidates
· Screen resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates.
· Conduct 30 – 40+ behavior based pre-screen interviews via the telephone.
· Track candidate progress through the interview process
· Clearly communicate expectations of the program to the candidate
Job Requirements:
· 2+ years high volume recruiting experience in one of the following areas: Retail & Event Marketing, Retail Recruiting and/or Agency experience
· Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases and internet sourcing tools, Must be web savvy. – Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience highly desirable (VirtualEdge/ADP).
· Capability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
· Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Must be a team player, collaborator, and able to effectively network at all levels.
· Demonstrates cross-cultural sensitivity with demonstrated experience and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
· Problem-solving and results-focused professional
· Well-organized, attentive to details
· Must be flexible and able to multi-task and handle multiple candidates at one time.
· Strong communication and research skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).
