Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC is a nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering consulting firm and an employer of choice. In an effort to support our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Solid Waste Client Project Manager at our corporate location in Green Bay, WI.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic consulting, demonstrate an understanding of client’s needs.
Provide leadership, project management and technical expertise for high profile Public Solid Waste projects of a complex, multi-discipline nature
Provide leadership and team building for solid waste client services teams
Effectively deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Understand and leverage municipal/civil engineering/solid waste multiple entity interrelationships
Identify, research and target qualified potential clients; take ownership of qualified leads and coordinate response teams
Provide leadership to teams/systems/processes to complete projects and suggest team/system/process improvements
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working on solid waste projects
BS and/or MS Degree in related discipline
PE
Highly developed project management experience
Strategic negotiation/influencing experience
Problem solving/conflict resolution experience
Experience providing effective communication(verbal, non-verbal, written)
Team leadership experience
Client relationship/business development/presentation experience
