Learn more at the company's Web site, www.aramarkhealthcare.com As a Facility Manager you will direct the plant in a 200 bed hospital including engineering, maintenance, and/or grounds services. You will be responsible for budgeting labor, supplies, equipment and related services/materials required for cost-effective operations.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) as well as technical knowledge of maintenance equipment, cleaning procedures, and Plant Operations and Maintenance activities. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. Experience directing skilled, semi-skilled and non-skilled trade personnel in an union and/or non-union environment is required. The ability to oversee capital projects, maintenance plans, and funding requests is required. Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills and computer skills are necessary.P &L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable. |
