Job Description

Large GLOBAL Multi-Billion $$ Enterprise is looking to add on an additional Sr. Financial Analyst
  • Accessible from the city/loop via the Metra

    Reporting
  • Provide timely forecasting, reporting and analysis on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
  • Prepare month end analysis, schedules and presentation documents
  • Maintain monthly financial statements and reporting tools used in financial presentations
  • Maintain records of reported documents with support materials
  • Develop processes and tools to drive efficient, organized and timely reporting and analysis
    Planning
  • Support development of various forecasts throughout the year; provide profitability analysis weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Develop templates and tools for annual planning process
  • Manage submission and analysis of annual plans for multi-region consolidation and analysis
  • Interface with regional finance directors and regional teams to understand underlying assumptions, guidance and compliance
  • Consolidate the annual strategic plan and budget
  • Suggest and implement changes to budget & forecast process

    Cross-functional Support
  • Interface with finance, customer-service and marketing personnel around the US as customer and supplier of data
  • Manage and provide ad-hoc analysis/data requests and questions from Beam Executive Leadership Team, Fortune Brands other departments within the company
  • Lead / represent finance team on special projects and case studies as needed
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and questions from field sales and other departments within the company

    Job Requirements

    Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
    4+ yrs of experience in a professional setting dealing with budgets, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Strong excel skills
