Membership Representatives make personal visits to potential Nielsen Homescan families, and advise them that their participation in the Homescan Consumer Panel will help represent the sample in their area. Homescan families will provide their daily/weekly purchases which will be included in the Homescan Consumer Panel sample. Membership Representatives will maintain relationships with these families in order to help ensure ongoing family participation and customer service.
