Job Description:
The Clearwire team has a great opportunity for you if you are a talented HR professional with the drive, energy and experience to truly make a difference in our business. Clearwire is growing dramatically and we are looking for a Human Resources (People Development) Generalist to help drive the culture, values and employee experience that had already made us successful. This opportunity will be based in our Kirkland office and will partner with established People Development (PD) leadership to support our partners and leaders.In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Consult with all levels of management on employee relations, staffing, compensation, development, organizational and change management issues.
  • Partner with PD colleagues to develop and implement specific programs directly aligned to business strategy including: compensation plans, 360 feedback, diversity initiatives, performance management, recognition, mobility, and career development.
  • Act as an employee advocate - ensuring that employees and managers are able to express concerns in a manner that is respectful of all individuals and supportive of our values and objectives.
  • Provide support, guidance and partnership on People Development issues to Clearwire's functional leadership teams on employee compliance requirements and provide guidance and proactive assistance to ensure they reach their organizational objectives.
  • Play a proactive role in retaining positive employee relations, a motivated team and in cultivating culture for Clearwire across all functions.Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years demonstrated performance and ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on issues including Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, HR policies, and Performance Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Can demonstrate a passion for identifying and developing talent in an organization.
