Position Description:
Territory Sales Manager's overall goal is to consistently achieve or surpass Company sales goals. He/she is expected to manage sales operations and achieve results that will increase the market share in the area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 Recruiting, counseling, motivating and developing personnel.
 Lowering returns by guiding their organization through ordering, merchandising and space management.
 Promoting safety and implementing safety standards and initiatives.
 Back-up in the event of the need to run open routes.

Position Requirements:
Successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and excellent communication skills. Must have a minimum of three years' bakery related business experience in sales. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application. BA/BS in marketing or other business related field a plus. Individual must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours.
