Job Description

One of our top clients in the Trenton area is in need of a Customer Service Team Lead. The primary responsibilities of this position are answering customer questions and concerns, processing orders, and coaching and training the Customer Service Team. This position does require a Bachelors degree and at least 4 years of experience in a team lead role and 4 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment. The ability to work nights and weekends is also a must.
