Job Description
My Client, a fortune 500 investment bank, has immediate openings for a Financial Services Customer Service Rep. This is a great entry level opportunity for anyone looking to gain knowledge in the financial field. The position is a long term temporary project that offers full medical benefits and 401k!
The responsibilities will include answering inbound calls from clients regarding various financial products my client offers. Training will be provided for this position!
The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience in an office environment, a bachelor's degree, good customer service skills, attention to detail, is a fast learner, and financial product knowledge is a plus!
Working hours: 8AM-8PM
