JOB GROUP SUMMARY
These are the professionals who help us build our business in the national accounts, middle markets, small group markets, distribution channel, group insurance and specialty products areas. Their goal is to meet customer needs and help them make better decisions and about their health care and health care spending.

POSITION SUMMARY
Hourly position at our National Account Plan Sponsor location: Clear Creek ISD - Admin Bldg; 2425 E Main ST; League City, TX 77573.

The Wellness Coordinator for CCISD will be responsible for the development and implementation of health and wellness programs to help build a culture and awareness of healthy lifestyle living and the potential to impact worker productivity.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction
  • Collaborate with the Risk and Benefits staff and the healthcare vendors to develop and implement a comprehensive calendar of health and wellness activities for the various CCISD departments. Manage health and wellness initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Conduct presentations to local management and employee groups on the progress of the health and wellness initiatives
  • Implement a CCISD Health Ambassador program to assist in the coordination and communication of wellness initiatives
  • Provide oversight of employee health and wellness programs, including maintaining day-to-day relationships with vendors and any new wellness partners implemented
  • Track and report key performance metrics for monitoring health and wellness program performance and review reports provided by all population health management vendors
  • Prepare an annual budget for wellness initiatives and communications for the Account Executive's planning purposes.
  • Prior cust svc experience, including strong customer focus
  • Knowledge of Aetna Cust Svc tools & system apps preferred
  • On-site cust svc to members & benefit administrators for single National Account plan sponsor
  • Maximize efficiency, explain Aetna product offerings & educate members
  • Establish strong coordination with customer's PS Liaison for issue resolution
  • Collaborate with AM & AE on more complex issues to ensure client's needs are met from product/service perspective
  • Contribute to development of mutually rewarding working relationship to ensure renewal of case & retention of members
  • Bi-lingual desired
