Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibility for this entry level sales position is the growth of our commercial customer base through face-to-face systematic solicitation ('cold calling') of targeted prospects. Specific accountabilities include:
Face-to-face solicitation of targeted commercial prospects ' Business to Business cold calling
Present full product line (water, dispensers, coffee, cups, etc) with emphasis on features, benefits and value
Adhere to selling process and pricing guidelines
Follow up on leads and prospects
Requirements:
This role is for an individual who:
Is highly self-motivated and responsible
Is able to drive to customer locations and conduct 60 sales calls per day
Has 1 - 2 years of outside sales experience and/or a 4 year College degree is preferred
Has experience in the consumer product industry
Has excellent communication skills
Has strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
We offer competitive starting compensation, including base pay, bonus potential, and transportation allowance totaling up to $50,000 per year to start; a positive values-based work environment with career advancement potential; and an excellent benefits package including paid holidays and vacation, profit sharing, matching 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, educational reimbursement program, etc.
