3.   Support project(s) throughout the project phases to ensure the designed solution supports the business requirements, alerting project and IT leadership when there are potential disconnects.
4.   Liaise with project sponsors, business partners and other managers within the function and within the business, managing expectations for the business requirements and solution design process.
5   In concert with the Business Partner team, collaborate on research and education of business stakeholders on state of the art business processes/supporting technology and their implications for Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
6.     Report status updates of related initiatives and identify opportunities, dependencies and risks associated with delivery of agreed upon projects and service level agreements (SLA) from the requirements and solutions perspective.
7.  Provide subject matter expertise on existing IT solutions and systems to multiple business organizations.  Create enhancements and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
8.  Support project and enhancement time, cost, complexity estimation efforts to project teams, business and IT management.
9.  Facilitate business stakeholder engagement in all aspects of project and enhancement efforts, ensuring critical business stakeholders are identified and engaged.
10. Monitor the status of specific business activities that are critical to IT projects or enhancements and communicate risks and issues to IT and business management.

External Requirements:

A strong technology background combined with broad business experience and a proven track record in a leadership position.
