ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVE
REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire (Sioux Falls, SD) seeks an Association Executive to manage and lead its approximately 700 membership Association and its business operations. Appropriate candidate will possess knowledge of the real estate industry, understand Association management, have excellent communication skills, be a visionary, a team builder and a strong leader. Skills in budgeting and technology are required.
Candidate must be an effective partner with volunteer leadership and association President. The candidate will be required to manage 4 association staff and fulfill the day to day duties as well as implement long term goals of the Association's strategic plan. Minimum 5 years experience, previous Association background is preferred.
