Job Description:
Customer Service Representatives for our successful client will be responsible for responding to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Candidates will also record details about customer inquiries. Will also assist in resolving complicated customer complaints. Candidate will coordinates and expedite customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
All candidates must have 6 to 18 months Customer Service Experience.
