You will order certificates of insurance for internal and external customers, coordinate the flow of contract documents, coordinate the renewal processes for both licensing and certificates of insurance, coordinate contract tracking spreadsheet, assist with contractor licensing process (such as research state requirements, completing applications, setting up applicants testing, etc.) and obtain needed signatures on contractual documents. You will also mail completed contracts to internal and external customers and follow up on partially executed contracts, conduct certificates of insurance reviews for subcontractor certifications, interact with internal and external customers to obtain needed contract information, sorts and distribute mail and perform all other related duties as required and assigned.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of administrative assistant experience.
Must have legal administrative assistant experience.
Must have MSWD and Excel skills.
Must have strong analytical skills as well as be thorough, organized and detail oriented.
An associate degree is strongly preferred.
Experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred.
Hours: 8 hours per day between 7:00am-5:00pm.
Pay: $13.00-$15.00 / hr.
