IT Analyst (PkMS/WM)

This position prioritizes and leads IT-related projects in the area of distribution/warehousing and manages the overall refinement of Rubbermaid Commercial Product's PkMS instance.  Responsibilities include design, development, testing, and implementation of package and custom solutions utilizing the Manhattan WM (PkMS) software and other related applications.  This individual will gather requirements, identify areas of operational improvement, and translate into software configuration and customization alternatives.  The role serves as liaison between the distribution team and IT staff regarding technology projects and ongoing support.  This position will provide system support on an ongoing basis, reporting, end user training, external resource management, and strategic planning assistance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in systems implementation, support, and/or IT consulting
  • 3+ years experience with Manhattan suite of supply chain applications, including PkMS, WMi, LM, PM, and Slot-It
  • Experience in a lead role on at least one WMi implementation spanning both inboudn and outbound operations and another two applications of a Manhattan product in a supporting role
  • Experience supporting a production installation of a high volume WMS application
  • Experience working with 3PL, multi-divisional, and/or multi-company distribution operations desired
  • Experience interfacing WMS technologies and applications to back office systems (e.g., SAP, legacy)
