Description We are currently recruiting for experienced Managers in Customer Service and Collections to support our clients growing loan servicing portfolio.




Job Functions


  • Responsible for the daily work flow, productivity and management of 8 to 10 employees within the customer service/collections department.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with regard to Company policies, department procedures, and regulatory guidelines for the functions being managed.
  • Responsible for training, development, and performance evaluation of all staff members on the team.
  • Identifies and resolves issues that impact the team???s ability to meet performance standards and departmental goals.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in a business related field of study strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Supervisor in a Loan Servicing environment.
  • Must have strong supervisory skills with an emphasis on team building and developing employees.
  • Should be thoroughly familiar with all phases of Customer Service/Collections in the mortgage industry and should have a general knowledge of all functions within Loan Servicing.
