NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Description An industry leader in a niche market dependent on long term business sales relationships, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, hand on National Sales Manager who fully understands the sales process. This person will be responsible to manage the day to day activities of the inside sales force for a wholesale distributor of men’s and women’s hair replacement products and services. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, monitoring sales calls, productivity, reviewing sales statistics and reports, planning, developing and implementing sales and promotional concepts to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Requirements The ideal candidate must also possess a positive, can-do attitude and take ownership for attaining performance goals. Have willingness to roll-up-sleeves and do what it takes to reach goals in a team environment. Be a self motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong drive and a solid work ethic. Must posses an interest and desire to learn the hair replacement, wig and extensions industry including: technical methods, terminology, best practices, etc.
