Job Description:

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Research Specialist is responsible for researching and resolving

customer order issues such as  order entry, shipping and system related problems to determine the root cause and recommend solutions. The GSC Research Specialist provides support and service to KCI USA and international customers.

 



Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

    

�         High School Diploma or equivalent

 

�         At least 2 years of experience in Office work including: problem solving involving, shipping and shipping and system resolution

 

�         Experience with MS Office applications including:  Word, Excel, and OutLook

 

Other Qualifications:

 

�         Experience with US Customs documentation

 

�         Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and reporting skills including ability to handle complex situations

 

�         Demonstrated detailed oriented abilities including ability to multi-task

 

�         DemonstratedInterpersonal and customer service skills

 

�         Demonstrated communication and organization skills
