THIS POSITION COVERS THE DALLAS, TX AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THIS POSITION IS A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WITH A STRONG EMPHASIS ON GOVERNMENT PRODUCTS.
Maintain existing relationships with wholesale broker production sources. Maintain daily contact with sources of wholesale loan production, including brokers, to ensure smooth flow of loan applications and packages to the company. Take applications from wholesale source clients. Assist in the review of loan packages, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards. Answer client questions and respond to loan status inquiries during processing. IN MORE DETAIL Responsible for selling WFHM wholesale mortgage products with the focus on government products, pricing and process to mortgage brokers. Develops market strategies to assure that WFHM is doing business with the most knowledgeable and reputable brokers in an assigned geographic territory. Develops and maintains strong relationships with mortgage broker clients and fully participates and incorporates High Trust Sales approach in sales strategies. Makes frequent on-site visits to brokers office to give presentations on new products and processes. Responds timely to brokers questions i.e. scenario calls and serves as a liaison between the broker and the WFHM operations staff. Develops and maintains strong partnership with the WFHM Operations personnel to facilitate transactions and improve client service. Participates as the WFHM ambassador at industry events and local MBA organizations to increase visibility and sales influence. Continually update training, competitive information and industry knowledge to better serve both WFHM and clients. Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed or required.
