Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leadership for the strategic and operational development/implementation of new plan design programs to support expansion of the plan design portfolio of product and services to promote utilization of the Medco Pharmacy. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Develop, manage and coordinate marketing programs to support new plan design initiatives from inception through implementation, including the following steps: define, execute, monitor, measure, and enhance program performance.
Lead cross-functional team of systems development and operations resources to support program implementation and enhancements
Drive program strategy and enhancements to increase success and overall program ROI.
Manage Agency – internal and external – to develop creative strategy and development of program materials for direct mail, online, and phone campaigns
Develop and manage program budgets and P&L/value model
Manage the development and execution of market research and analytics plan to support business case and concept development
Define, develop and maintain reporting to measure program performance and report program metrics to Group and cross-functional partners, in addition to Senior Management
Work with B to B partners to develop sell-in strategy to communicate product and/or program attributes to drive client sales/enrollment.
Develop and lead implementation, including developing business requirements, operational specifications, SOPs, Account Management/Customer Service program announcements
Work with Customer Service to create training materials and forecasting plans to secure resources

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
7+years Direct Response Marketing – experience with customer relationship marketing (CRM) strategies and functionality a plus
Proven Leadership ability to lead and manage cross-functionally with a command of a dynamic, multi-faceted product
Experience in developing and implementing new consumer programs and/or products to support key business objectives
Excellence in Project Management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide updates and program progress to product and marketing leadership
Attention to detail is required for the fast-paced and evolving environment in which the programs come to life.
