Description OPS MANAGER/ INDUSTRIAL SALES Local distributor of hydraulics and industrial hose and fittings seeks well qualified operations manager to oversee day-to-day operations. Duties include: purchasing, telephone sales and supervising five other staff.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and self- motivated performance, the ability to work on several projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications include at least five (5) years customer service/ management experience, preferably in an industrial or warehouse environment. Excellent communication and computer skills required. College degree preferred but may substitute relevant experience for education.This position offers a competitive salary compensation package, and can include performance-based incentives, benefits, retirement package.
