Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager of Environmental Services for Kapiolani Medical Center Women & Children Hospital - a 200 bed acute care specialty hospital focusing on labor and delivery and pediatrics in Honolulu, Hawaii. This hospital is the Children's Hospital of the Pacific Rim. The labor and delivery floors are the busiest in the state. The ideal candidate will have previous General Manager / Director level custodial / housekeeping experience in a high volume hospital environment with busy Labor and Delivery units; understanding of regulatory guidelines; sound knowledge of bed tacking systems and software; solid financial / budget acumen; strong analytical skills including completing ROI proposals, action plans and cost reductions; possess excellent client and customer relationship skills and the ability to train / mentor / motivate hourly staff. Position Summary:

Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Basic Education Requirement:

Associate's Degree

Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:

4 year(s) of lead/supervisory/management experience

Basic Functional Experience Required:
