This hospital is the Children's Hospital of the Pacific Rim. The labor and delivery floors are the busiest in the state. The ideal candidate will have previous General Manager / Director level custodial / housekeeping experience in a high volume hospital environment with busy Labor and Delivery units; understanding of regulatory guidelines; sound knowledge of bed tacking systems and software; solid financial / budget acumen; strong analytical skills including completing ROI proposals, action plans and cost reductions; possess excellent client and customer relationship skills and the ability to train / mentor / motivate hourly staff.
