Great Entry Level HR Opportunity!
Job Description
This position will support the HR Manager by providing general administrative and HR support.
Responsibilities:
Maintain electronic and paper employee personnel files including payroll, benefits, and performance management
Assist in employee benefit and welfaqre related issues and questions
Process background investigations
Process paperwork for Worker's Comp, STD, and LTD claims
Process employment verification
Posting of all HR information
Various administrative functions
Working hours: 8am-5pm
Job Requirements
Qualifications
At least 1 year providing administrative support, prefer 2-4 years
HS Diploma or equivalent, prefer an AA Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Related Field
Excellent Written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
Ability to learn quickly and effieciently
Well organized and professional in both appearance and demeanor
