Job Description

This position will support the HR Manager by providing general administrative and HR support.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain electronic and paper employee personnel files including payroll, benefits, and performance management
  • Assist in employee benefit and welfaqre related issues and questions
  • Process background investigations
  • Process paperwork for Worker's Comp, STD, and LTD claims
  • Process employment verification
  • Posting of all HR information
  • Various administrative functions

    Working hours: 8am-5pm

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications
  • At least 1 year providing administrative support, prefer 2-4 years
  • HS Diploma or equivalent, prefer an AA Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Related Field
  • Excellent Written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to learn quickly and effieciently
  • Well organized and professional in both appearance and demeanor
