Current Need
Currently we are seeking an Outside Sales Representatives to service customers and generate new business in the Southern Arkansas area. This territory encompasses cities in Southern Arkansas including Arkadelphia, Camden, and Hot Springs.
Position Description
Territory Sales Consultant position with unlimited compensation commission plan. Business to business sales. Our reps are responsible for maintaining, building and creating relationships with our existing customers and gaining new customers within their territory. Currently we are seeking someone in the Southern Arkansas area. This territory encompasses cities in Southern Arkansas including Arkadelphia, Camden, and Hot Springs. We sell over 16,000 SKUs and there is not a business that cannot use something that we are selling. Excellent B2B sales and communication skills and a strong work ethic required along with a high customer service standard and mandatory cold calling. High energy as the position has some physical demands that requires walking through worksites and buildings along with some lifting (weight varies based on product). Perceptive observational skills, clean DMV record, proven computer aptitude (we use handheld computers) and a HS diploma are also requirements. Route Sales experience highly desired or 2+ years sales experience. Some overnight travel required.

Minimum Requirements
2+ years Outside B2B or Territory Sales experience Required.

Some overnight travel required (Aprox 4 nights per month)
Education
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
College Degree preferred.
