Increase video and High-speed internet services and penetration in assigned areas through door-to-door sales to current, new and former Comcast residential customers. You'll solicit customers through door-to-door sales campaigns. Consult with customers and prospects to promote the breadth of Comcast products and services within the assigned area. Learn customers' short term and long-term needs and recommend products and service applications to meet those needs. This position will require excellence in consultative selling to develop customer understanding of the benefits of Comcast products and services as compared to competition Explain and sell available services to subscribers. Maintain minimum sales quotas Meet with MDU property Manager to get move in/move out list of occupants Write orders for installation of services; may collect and account for funds. May be responsible to perform: connects, reconnects, requested and non-pay disconnects; install and/or removes converters; perform upgrades and downgrades of service. Occasionally perform subscriber audits for the purpose of obtaining leads. Perform at a level to acquire the maximum number of subscribers within area served to achieve penetration objective. Monitor and evaluate competitive activities. Work at local events, which require working up to 2 weekends per month Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
 

Job Requirements 

High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal communications skills.
  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of outside sales experience.
  • Ability to speak more than one language highly desirable.
  • Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent detail orientation and follow through skills.
  • Valid CO driver's license and clean DMV record.
