About Our Facility
HealthSouth Hospital of Houston is a 79 bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH). We specialize in Ventilator patients, Cardiac patients, and Wound Care patients. The facility offers both Inpatient and Outpatient Therapy in OT/PT/ & SLP. This hospital is 20 minutes north of downtown Houston with easy access from any direction.

Job Description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care to inpatients; observing patient behavior, vital signs, symptoms, responses to treatments and reports findings to registered nurse. The LVN is also responsible for carrying out the patient's plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.
